Request Gate Service
Tell us about the gate and we will call you back to talk it through and set up a time. The more you can tell us (what it is doing, the brand on the operator, a few photos), the better prepared we arrive.
Gate stuck, unsafe or not secure right now? Call instead.
If the gate is stuck open on a property that must stay secure, stuck shut with someone inside, off its track or not reversing, don’t wait on the form. Call (610) 831-4073. We answer Mon–Fri 7:30 am – 10:30 pm and Sat–Sun 7:30 am – 10:00 pm.

What Happens After You Send It
-
We call you back
We go through requests during working hours and phone you to talk about the gate.
-
We ask for what helps
A few questions about the gate and, where useful, photos by email, so we bring the right parts.
-
We set a time
We agree a time for the visit and show up when we say we will.
-
You get a clear price
After we look at the gate, you get a straight answer on what it needs and what it costs, before any work starts.
What to Have Ready
- The address of the gate and how to get to it: gate codes, which side of the property, pets in the yard
- The brand and model on the operator’s label, if the gate is automatic
- When the problem started and what happened just before: a storm, a power cut, a bump from a car
- Photos of the gate, its hinges or track, and the operator with the cover on
- For HOAs and businesses: who approves the work and where the estimate should go
- For a new gate: any HOA rules, and the width of the opening if you have measured it
Our service area: Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton, Nazareth, Hellertown and Fountain Hill. Check your ZIP code
Response Time, Estimates and the Visit
How soon will you call me back?
We go through requests during working hours and call back to talk the job through. We don’t promise a set time on this site, but when we tell you when we will be there, we will be there. For anything urgent, phone (610) 831-4073 instead of waiting on the form.
Are estimates free?
Ask when you call. Whether there is any charge for a visit, you will know before anyone comes out, and the price for the work itself is in writing before the work starts. No vague estimates.
What should I have ready for the visit?
Clear access to the gate and the operator, the remotes and keypad codes you use, and any manuals or old service papers. For a new gate, have your HOA guidelines and a property survey handy if you have them. Someone who can make decisions about the work should be around at the end of the visit to go over what we found.
Can I send photos?
Yes, please. Email them to office@marvinedoorsgates.com with your name in the subject line. The form itself cannot carry attachments.
